Bridget has several years experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, beginning as a Physical Therapy Aide after achieving her BA, continuing through her graduate level internships, and since obtaining her license in 2011.

Bridget has substantial experience working in the outpatient orthopedic setting and home health care setting. She has worked with a wide variety of patients ranging from adolescent to professional athletes, celebrities, and your typical weekend warrior.

Bridget has completed several continuing education courses focusing on her manual skills including but not limited to several forms of soft tissue mobilization, active release techniques, MET, kinesiotaping, FOOTMAXX orthotics, and a running symposium on running styles. Bridget likes to perform joint mobilization, deep tissue massage, effleurage/retrograde for inflammation, and trigger point release with active movement to maximize mobility of the soft tissue. She believes in using evidence–based treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy and therapeutic exercises and activities to meet her patients’ goals.

Bridget’s true passion in life is helping others. She believes the key to successful work with patients is creating a trusting relationship. She especially enjoys the satisfaction received from helping others attain their goals and enabling them to return to their optimal function levels.
